Where the WISE-PaaS/SCADA is WISE-PaaS/DataHub nowadays.
And the url inside should correspond to the DataHub url you subscribed in the WISE-PaaS data center.
For example, for training and certification course, the DataHub url is: https://portal-datahub-level1-eks004.sa.wise-paas.com.
