I can't see "+" nor settings icon on left panel. Am I missing some permission or is this related to problem with data source setup?, I'm using Adv-training org.
@wisepaas.trainingTraining accounts are granted "Viewer" permission to access the Main Org. of the dashboard, and another org, with admin privileges, using the email handle of the training account will be created for trainees to do hands-on with the training contents.
Users can switch active org by clicking on the account icon at the bottom left:
If you don't see another org other than the Main Org., please contact support via the support portal. Thanks!
